Brief Answer:
Seems like Staining caused due to Benadryl as a side effect..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain black staining of teeth after taking Benadryl seems to be a side effect of Benadryl and it is seen in some patients who takes Benadryl continuously suffers from black staining of teeth but the stains are extrinsic ( on the surface of teeth) and it can be removed with Scaling and Polishing..
So I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and he can do the necessary treatment..

Another information that I would like to give you is that Benadryl is an antihistamine or an anti-allergic medicine and dizziness and sleepy feeling is not its action but a side effect..
So it will be better if he stop taking benadryl and consult a Physician so that he can advise him proper medications like anti-anxiety drugs like Lorazepam for sleep..

Any further questions are welcome..

Thanks and regards.
