Brief Answer:
Avoid eating hard food, try to take soft diet.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, XXXXXXX ,

This is Dr .Priyanka tiwari answering your query.

I have gone through your query, as you have toothache from chewing hard food dont worry it can be due to irritated ligaments that surrounds your tooth ,so I will suggest you that try to avoid eating hard food and try to chew food from opposite side .

Do XXXXXXX warm saline gargle two - three times a day, and for toothache you can take painkiller like Ketorol Dt or Diclomol SP by consulting with local doctor.

If your pain persists then consult dentist and go for Investigations IOPAxray of that tooth.

Hope I have answered your query ,

If you have further query I will be happy to help.

Regards,
