I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

It is unclear whether you have had any tests for these issues. Those symptoms can be found in many conditions so some tests are necessary to search for the cause.

One possible cause can be hormonal issues such as thyroid dysfunction which can explain all of those symptoms. Other causes could be anemia, diabetes, chronic infections or inflammation, sleep issues like sleep apnea.
So some routine blood tests are the initial first step such as blood count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, glucose, liver and kidney function, electrolyte panel, thyroid function, vitamin B12 levels. If any of those tests results abnormal of course it should be treated accordingly.

If everything is normal then other causes such as psychological ones should be considered. Depression is one such possibility which can manifest all the symptoms you mention.

Hello again and thank you for the additional information.

The fact that the blood is only on that week makes me doubt that it is from the urinary bladder more likely coming from the vagina, from the uterus. However a simple urine tests should be done to check for urinary and sexually transmitted infection and presence of blood in the urine. It could be a source of anemia which will be shown by blood tests.
As for the lymph nodes, most times they are benign, related to some infection and gradually resolve. However if persistent they may be in the setting of a blood issue such as lymphoma or chronic infections which would explain the weakness you experience. The first step to diagnose such issues remains a blood count which I mentioned, any doctor would ask for that as an initial test.

Let me know if I can further assist you.
