Brief Answer:
Needs further evaluation, ANA needs confirmation,

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Pain in neck radiating to jaw and arm stabbing in nature with buzzing in ears and radiation to back region are likely of a pinched nerve also called compressive neuropathy likely at cervical spine levels. MRI of cervical spine ( neck spine ) will make things clear. Apart from it neuropathies like nutritional or other neurological causes should be considered but thats less likely.

This speckled pattern of ANA levels needs further correlations as this might be connected to your pain symptoms. Mixed connective tissue diseases like scleroderma or dermatomyositis or polymyositis or lupus can present this way too. Talk to a rheumatologist first and let them run some specific labs to confirm the positivity of ANA values.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
