Brief Answer:
Nerve compression

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your question.

Tingling is a sign of a nerve compression. So maybe your shoulder position at work, your sleeping position, something you have changed recently that might have caused the nerve compression for example if you are exercising a lot with your arms up that might make the muscles thicker and compress the nerve.

I would recommend to keep the arm rested from that activity, take a painkiller regularly, apply local anesthetic. All this for about 4-6 weeks, the time for the nerve to heal completely.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you have other questions or concerns.
Regards.
