What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Legs?

Question: So trying to figure out what this is and whether I should be worried. Earlier this evening I was having weird sensations in my left leg - like tingling. Then just now I got this rushing feeling at the top of the brain stem with the feeling spreading through my body. My leg feels worse now and I have tightness/pain at the brain stem. Wondering if i should go the hospital? What could this be?

The above symtoms are suggestive of Myelopathy at the level of CV Junction or Cervical Spinal Cord

You need to undergo Detailed Clinical Examination
Please consult a Neurosurgeon at the earliest for these symptoms

I called a doctor and the first appointment available isn't until August 9. Can I wait that long or should i look for another doctor? I havent seen this doctor before but called him because he was recommended.
