Brief Answer:
Tingling is caused by oressure on the nerves from neck or wrist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi ,I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
Tingling is not part of shoulder arthritis. The cause is pressure on the nerves which could be from neck or wrist .
I suggest X Ray of the neck and NCV both upper limbs to arrive at a diagnosis . best would be to consult an orthopedic surgeon first.
I would suggest a combination of pregabalin and methycobalamine , in the meantime.
Thanx for the question . Please feel free to ask any other question.
