Question: This is a tingle in my right arm and it feels a little numb.

most often the numbness disappear in benign conditions where there is shortage of blood supply to the large nerves of the arm, mainly during sleep, excess exercise. wait it out for couple of hours.
if it prolongs you should get examination by primary care physician for other serious reasons like neuropathy. sometimes medicines cause numbness as side effect.
