I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Tingling in foot and toes can be due to neuropathy or lumbosacral radiculopathy.
Is there any back pain, urinary complains?
Any weakness in lower limbs?
Any history of diabetes, hypertension, Thyroid disorder?
You should get nerve conduction study.
You should get blood investigation like sugar, Thyroid profile, vitamin B 12, renal function and liver function test.
Treatment depends etiology.
You can take pregabalin with methylcobalamin for symptomatic relief.
