Brief Answer:
Thyroid conditions, deficit of Vit B12,Folic acid

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

I read carefully your query and understand your concerns about your health.

Since you have this tingling sensation in other parts of the body apart testicles ,this mean that the cause is not a local disease of the testicles.
Since Diabetes and STD have been ruled out ,the possibilities left may include:
-Thyroid dysfunction .You should test thyroid function (FT3,FT4,TSH) to rule this out.
-Deficit of some vitamins and minerals in your body like Vitamin B12, Folic acid, Vitamin D ,Calcium .
You should run a blood test to evaluate the level of these elements in your body.
-If these tests are normal ,another option to be taken in consideration is Anxiety.
If you are experiencing stress in your life and you get anxious about your health ,then anxiety may cause you these symptoms.

I suggest to discuss these options with your treating doctor.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have other questions or doubts to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.

Kind Regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
