Brief Answer:
It can be cervical spondylitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello madam,
I have read your case history. It looks to me that it is cervical spondylitis. In this disease there is nerve compression in neck. And these nerves supplies in shoulder, elbow and hand so patient feel same type of pain which you are having.
I would suggest you to get x ray of your neck to confirm the diagnosis.
These are the methods I used in cervical spondylitis in my patients.
1. Avoid high pillow or keeping neck in same position for long time like watching tv or computer.
2. I use pregabalin and methyocobal tablet for my patients. These tablets help in nerve compression.
3. Neck traction physiotherapy to make neck muscle power full.
4. If no relief in one month than I get MRI of neck.
5. Steroid can be use if pain is unbearable.
I hope you can get all these treatment after consulting with your doctor. Let me know if you want to ask any other questions. Thanks and take care.
