Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

The tightness under breasts could be related to different causes:

- a musculo-skeletal pain or inflammation
- myocardial ischemia
- anxiety
- gastro-esophageal reflux

Are these symptoms modulated by body movements or respiration? This could be indicative of musculo-skeletal pain or inflammation.

Are these symptoms constant or episodic? Do they occur during physical exertion or even when staying?

I would recommend consulting with your doctor and performing some blood lab tests:

- a resting ECG
- a chest X ray study
- an abdominal ultrasound
- some blood lab tests (complete blood count, kidney and liver function tests, fasting glucose, blood electrolytes, PCR, sedimentation rate).

Further tests may be needed to establish the cause.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
