What Causes Tightness In The Chest And Weakness?

Question: Since starting triumeq a year ago I have frequent heart palpitations. I missed my dose last night and took it this morning. Within an hour I had serious tightness in my chest and weakness. I felt very dizzy, like I was constantly on the verge of fainting, confused, very trippy. I felt like I was going to have a stroke or die. Klonopin didn't help but 20 mgs of propranolol did.
