Brief Answer:
Avoid prolong standing.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

All this is due to over exercise or prolong standing and dehydration.

Get fasting blood sugar levels done and send me the report.

If its normal then you can take aceclofenac + thiocochicoside combination three times a day by prescription of your family doctor.

After 5 days start doing stretching exercises as uploaded on youtube.

Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening.

Take fruit juices.

Drink a lot of water.

I hope it helps.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh.
