What Causes Throbbing Pain In The Lower Back?

Question: I feel no pain or very little but I have fluttering or throbbing in my lower back both sides

I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

The pain in the lower back can be either from muscules, nerves or bones.

It doesn't sound like a pain from bones because it is very painful.
A pain from a nerve in general radiates in the back of the legs or down to them.
A pain from muscles would be worse with the movement.

I think yours its most possible to be from the muscles and aggravated from the standing sat position.

I would recommend for you to apply locally an analgesic cream, 3-4 times/day, and do some exercises for strengthening the lower back muscles. You can ask the help of a local physical therapist if that is possible so they can advice accurate exercises.
