Question: Occasional throbbing in my left temple. Occasional pressure in both temples.

But, important thing to rule out in your age people with this symptom is temporal arteritis. This disease, if neglected can cause serious complications. So, there is need to exclude it. However, Migraine, cluster headache, frontal sinusitis, refractory errors etc can also cause these symptoms. Anyhow, a Physical examination is mandatory to assess this since there are variety of other causes that needs to be ruled out.
