Thread like gray particles come out in urine could be indicative of lower urinary tract infection, probably urinary bladder or urethra.
Some times little stones/casts/crystals may also cause similar symptoms.
I recommend you to perform an urine analysis and an abdominal ultrasound- KUB region to examine better your urinary ways.
