Brief Answer:
wait for 2 days

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that there is some friction at clitoris during intercourse at night and after a long you had intercourse so you have some friction also in vagina. If there is no discharge, bleeding or constant pain you can wait for 2 days as this will heal on its own. Avoid intercourse for 2 days at east. Keep good hygiene of private parts. Wear loose clothes. For a while drink lots of water and take over the counter pain killer like ibuprofen with paracetamol.

If you are not getting relief after taking medicine or you are in much intolerable trouble only option is to consult gynecologist for examination and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.

Regards,

Brief Answer:
Urine and blood tests should be done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for follow up and specific information.

If fever with cold is there, chances of UTI are there. Please go for urine routine micro examination as well as complete blood count. After giving sample antibiotics can be taken. Routinely norfloxacin or cefixime are use. SYRUP cytralka should be used - two spoons three times a day with one glass of water.

Take care dear.

Thanks Dr
But till now ,no signs of discharge or pain.
So should I wait for 2 days or just get the tests done ASAP.
Also does UTI happen because of unprotected intercourse.

Brief Answer:
if fever is there do not wait

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for asking your doubts.

If fever is there, you should not wait. It is better to start the treatment early.

Discharge from vagina is not there but burning urine and fever indicate urinary tract infection.

Yes unprotected intercourse can cause UTI as Vagina and urethral opening are in proximity and organisms can be easily transmitted.
