Brief Answer:
Normal to get testicular pain on holding urination

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are getting pain in testicle on holding urine for long time which gets relieved after passing urine.

This is normal and nothing to be worried about.

When your bladder is full and needs to be emptied any attempt to hold urination results in spasm of the bladder muscles which causes flow of urine through opening of ejaculatory duct backwards in to Vas difference (Tube carrying sperms from testicle to urethra)and finally into testicle This backward flow of urine in to testicle is the reason for getting pain in testicle.

Please make sure that you empty your bladder at regular intervals to avoid such situation..

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
Due to reflex contraction of Urethral Sphincter.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.
The anal and urethral sphincters both have have same nerve innervation by Pudendal nerve so when you attempt to hold on bowel anal and urethral sphincter both contract simultaneously which results in spasm of the anal and bladder muscles causing retrograde flow of urine into Vas Difference.giving rise to pain in testicles.
