Question: THE PAST FEW TIMES I HAVE HAD A BOWEL MOVEMENT IT HAS BEEN PROCEEDED BY A THUMBING SOUND /FEELING IN MY STOMACH AND A TERRIBLE POUNDING IN MY HEAD AND A TEMPORARILY BLANCK OUT -GET WEAK-VISUALLY IMPAIRED--SHORTNESS OF BREATH AND FEEL THE END IS NEAR. MY LAST EPISODE WAS ABOUT 7 HR AGO AND I STILL FEEL DISCONNECTED. I HAVE HAD THIS BEFORE BUT THE LAST TWO HAVE BEEN LIKE I WAS STROKING OUT.--HELP IF YOU CAN. I HAVE ALSO BEEN FIGHTING FECAL INCONTENENCE.

Your description sounds like seizure to me. You need to do two examination to confirm my suspect, an brain CT scan and an brain EEG. Contact your neurologist , start medication and you will be fine.

I am slightly concerned about these symptoms and therefore recommend you visit a doctor at the earliest.
