Brief Answer:
Swelling of soft tissue which can be lipoma or sebaceous cyst.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.

As per your history soft tissue swelling like lipoma or sebaceous cyst are the most likely cause.
I will advise to consult surgeon for clinical examination and if required proper investigation.
He may advise you to do Ultrasound of the swelling.
Another possibility of infection leading to macular eruption, clinical examination and blood investigation will help in diagnosis.

Commonly they are benign condition unrelated to serious brain / skull cancers. But I will insist you see a doctor for evaluation.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
