What Causes Tender Bruised Sensation On Left Thigh?

Question: I have a bruised sensation on the front and outside of my left thigh. There is no discoloring or bruise itself. No injury to speak of. Tender to the touch. Please advise.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If you have not had any injury then it is likely that you have a muscle strain. You can use ice or heat on this and do some gentle stretches. An anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen could also be helpful.
Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and that the stretches you do are gentle stretches.
See your doctor if the pain is not resolving within a week.
