What Causes Temporary Dizziness, Squeezing Pain In Upper Arms And Chest?
Question: Several times a year starting in 2010, I get very lightheaded, have a squeezing pain in both upper arms and chest that lasts a couple minutes and feels like it travels up and exits through the top of my head. My sister in law thinks it is associated with menopause.
