What Causes Swollen Urethral Opening During 21st Week Of Pregnancy?

Question: 21 weeks pregnant with my second child and my doctor said i have a pulging urethra which looks like a ball in my vagina. It is blueish pink should i be concernd

What i am most concerned is the colour. Is it from pregnancy and increased blood flow?. She told me not to worry but i was not pregnant at time. I dont have stress incontience and a voiding fine. XXXX
