Brief Answer:
Can eb due to Gout.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The swelling and soreness in the feet after eating pulses or meat is suggestive of gout or allergic reaction to the foods. You need to get your serum uric acid levels evaluated along with CBC, liver functions, RA factor tested.
Decreased intake of water or overuse of laxatives can also cause such a problem. You need to consult a physician for a detailed examination and investigations and avoid taking these foods till then.
I hope this answers your query.
