Detailed Answer:
Hi
Dear XXXXXXX
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your case, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.
1] First of all do not panic.
2] I would like to know , if your blood pressure is within normal range and not above 130/90 mm of Hg.
3] If you are having normal blood pressure, then I will suggest to check your hemoglobin and serum protein levels. Low hemoglobin and serum protein levels can be one of the causes of swollen feet. And it can be corrected by proper dietary supplements of IRON and protein.
4] If your blood pressure is raised, then please get urine examination done. To see if it shows protein/ albumin or not.
5] Considering your eighth month of pregnancy , we need to be cautious about these conditions.
6] Also if blood pressure is raised, please do USG with fetal blood flow doppler studies, and fetal biophysical profile .
7] As such now a days, doctors do not advise salt free diet.
8] Still I will suggest indulging in a healthy diet and regular exercise regime.
Include plenty of fruits, salads, vegetables in the diet.
Have adequate water intake , say 8 – 10 glasses per day.
Avoid deep fried foods, bakery products, and refined sugars.
Please do not have added salt besides used in cooking.

Please feel free to communicate.

I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
Wish you great health.

Brief Answer:
No medicines for urine proteins, but protein rich diet.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear XXXXXXX
It is good to note that your blood pressure is normal.
You need not take any medication for protein in the urine , but please start taking some kind of protein supplement. Usually you need to take milk and milk products, legumes and pulses to your diet.
Adding cereals to pulses makes the food complementary in protein source.
Like dal+ rice, dal+ roti, Rice+moong dal, rice+curds, rice+ urad dal, pancakes of mixtures of flours of cereals and pulses ( DOSA) will be of help.
If you can eat eggs / egg whites it will be of help.
Thanks again .
I hope my answer helps you .
Wish you great health.
