Brief Answer:
Suggestive of parotid swellings

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Swelling on both sides of face slightly in front of ears can be due to enlargement of parotid salivary glands since this area is characteristically occupied by parotid glands.
Sudden enlargement of parotid glands could be inflammatory in origin.
However, clinical examination of the swellings is needed followed by a fine needle aspiration cytology.
Aspiration cytology is a procedure wherein cells are aspirated with a needle, spread on slide and stained with appropriate stains.
The origin and nature of lesion can be assessed by aspiration cytology.
depending on the results of the test, further treatment is planned.

Thanks and take care
