Brief Answer:
2 possibilities

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Little more history regarding your lump under cheekbone - is this lump raised or it been there for some time ? same side you are feeling the throat swelling ? any other medical conditions? please clarify to help you in better direction. Good luck.

The possible cause i can think of at this moment is enlarged lymph node and next possible cause could be glandular enlargement ( possibly thyroid, submandibular, parathyroid ).

For definitive diagnosis an ultrasound neck will evaluate the nature of the lump, its source and where all its extending. If mass is seen. FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology will help to assess the type of cells.
The treatment will be followed according to the findings.

Hope i have answered your query
