Brief Answer:
It can be due to cough suppressant

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it seems as if you got an allergic reaction to any of the recent drugs that you have taken. Among all the drug history, you have shared, ricola can cause such swelling as it contains mostly herbal ingredients and safety profile isn't as established as of pure or extracted chemical substances which have significant data for their safety profile. I would recommend stopping the drug and start taking anti histamines like cetrizine or loratidine.

You may also need to have a steroid shot and if any signs of respiratory distress is noted immediately consult a nearby medical facility ER.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
