Brief Answer:
Respected Aidanhynes,hi can use support bandage(not much tight)

Detailed Answer:
Respected Aidanhynes,
hi
I evaluated your query thoroughly.

* Definitely you can use a support bandage (taking care it should not be too tight)
for it to get better relief.

* Condition may be post-traumatic sprain / ligament insult resulting in sore
forearm .
- Ice application to local part also alleviates suffering.
- Pain killers as & when required.
- Local analgesic spray has excellent results .
- Should avoid excess texting , weight lifting with the same wrist.
- If any external bruise / skin changes / swelling can attach its photograph for
further clinical evaluation .
- Mention whether proximal & distal joint movements are normal / painful /
diminished ?

Hope this helps you.
