What Causes Swelling In Breast After Breast Augmentation Therapy?
Question: I have a question i am 3 weeks post op breast augmentation. One breast is slightly larger perhaps more swollen the other is more softer a tad smaller! My doctor isnt in today. Is this a problem?

Since this is 3 weeks post op, and this is a plastic surgery with lots of mobilization, handling and surgical trauma, it take time for remodeling of the tissues and can have appearance as you have explained.
Do you have the following things:
Any redness?
Pain or tenderness?
Any constitutional symptoms of fever, malaise, body ache or so?
If anything thing of the above is present, it may be a thing of concern.
