Brief Answer:
limb elevation necessary

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Looking at the various medications and associated symptoms, I can think or two causes for edema in feet.
1. Amlodipine is known to cause it. Change of medication might be necessary.
2. Cardiac cause - explains both feet edema and breathlessness.

Limb elevation in supine position above level of heart should reduce. If it does not reduce, Diuretics might be necessary, take prescription from your doctor.
Any further queries. Happy to help again.
