What Causes Swelling Below The Knee, Foot And Bleeding Under The Arms?
Question: I have painless swelling below the knee and foot.And some bleeding under the skin on both arms 3 to 4 inches from the wrists.

I have small itchy bumps in various places above waist.upper arms and back. My left leg is swollen to the point it is hard to feel my shin bone. Starts below the knee to the foot. (Painless)

Can be a recurrence of the clot if only in one leg

If the swelling is only in one leg, it is likely to be due to a local cause like recurrence of the blood clot. It doesn't have to be with pain. If both legs are affected a systemic cause like fluid overload from a kidney, liver or heart problem is to be considered.
If it's only on one leg , the blood test for d dimer and ultrasound examination of the leg would be helpful in finding out the cause.
