Question: Having pain in my wrist joint lower portion .It is for more than 1 month ,as per xray no bone injury or swelling is there current status is pain is still there intensity is less ,is there any exercise to get rid of the same

The pain in the wrist is likely to be due to inflammation of tendon- tendonitis. The pain killers and rest and Tendocare that you are taking are the main treatment to reduce the inflammation. After the pain subsides only then the exercise will help to regain strength and tone of the muscles and tendon. Ultrasound therapy in addition to the medicines can help you till then.
