Urinary tract infection likely
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You are likely suffering from the urinary tract infection, which is common after a major surgery due to the urethral catheter which is inserted after surgery.
I will suggest you to get your urine examination done, drink plenty of fluids and consult your surgeon so that you can be prescribed appropriate antibiotics, depending upon the urine report.
