Brief Answer:
These are due to side effects of medicines.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM).

This all may be due to side effects of medicines your are taking. Like calmness may be due to cocodamol, disulfiram and diazepam and also naproxen. Recurrent nausea and vomiting may be due to side effects of medicines especially cocodamol and disulfiram, So I will advise you to visit your doctor and discuss these issues and any dose reduction or stopping of these medicines will be helpful. Also you may also take a proton pump inhibitor like omeprazole and a prokinetic agent like domperidone which will be useful in nausea and vomiting

I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. If you have any further query I will be happy to answer that too. Remain in touch and get-well soon.

I already take omeprazole. Forgot to include. Stopped all meds to see if it got better before going to drs when nausea started.. nausea lasts 4-5 days each fortnight. Have prochlorperazine to take.

Brief Answer:
take domperidone and ondansetron

Detailed Answer:
Welcime back. It will resolve spontaneously But will take time. Take a prokinetic agent also with omeprazole like domperidone as it is useful in vomiting. Also may take tablet ondansetron during the episode of vomiting. Wish you a good health.
