I have gone through your query. Main problem in PCOD is insulin resistance and difficulty in loosing weight. Metformin therapy and Liraglutide injections are helpful for this.
Metformin is usually given 500 mg thrice daily for this. Metformin alone won't be sufficient in every one. So a combination with Liraglutide injections will be helpful to attain weight loss and reduce insulin resistance. Liraglutide is available in pens like insulin pens which can be used yourself daily. A 6 month therapy will give best results. But Liraglutide injections are little expensive and will cost around 5000 XXXXXXX Rupees for 1 month.

I stay away from family and mostly too busy with my schedule. apart from the above therapy what should I include or exclude from my daily diet to atleasr put some control over it till the time this medication starts.
I am also having scanty periods irregular periods, is there any diet specific soln that can aid the treatment.

Diet is also important in PCOD. High glycaemic index foods should be avoided. That is fine carbohydrates and sugar should be avoided. Use whole grain foods. Taking whole wheat bread or Rye bread is good. Avoid excess milk products as it can raise testosterone levels. Soy products also should be avoided as it can cause delayed ovulation and irregular periods. Hydrogenated and trans fats should be avoided which is main content of junk foods. Go for lean meats. You can include fishes like sardines , mackeral , salmon etc also.
Include raw vegetable salads and whole fruits in your diet. Fruits like avocado , pear is good to take also. You can also take legumes which is good in fibre and good for weight loss. Take more plain water. Have light meals at short intervals.
