Question: Hi I am 58 yrs old and lately experiencing a quick twinge in my left elbow muscle and my upper left rib cage at the same time. Its not all the time and it last for about 3 seconds..its not my entire arm and its not my entire chest

I will advise you MRI spine and EMG NCV study for quick diagnosis.

Physiotherapy like tens and matrix therapy may help you.
