Brief Answer:
Local ear pathology, needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Ear pain with heaviness in head is likely some local ear pathology. An ear wax block, middle ear infection, swimmer's ears, infection of sinuses etc are commonest possibilities. What ever is the cause it is manageable and easily resolving.

All you need to do is go to an otorhinolaryngologist and let them examine your both ears and we will have our answers, You probably will need some antibiotics and some painkillers and this issue will go away.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
