What Causes Sudden Onset Of Weakness In Leg?

Question: I have sudden leg weakness after walking 40 yards. No pain. If I sit down for a few minutes I can walk another few yards. I have exzema use ointments. on my body. I have high blood pressure but it is under control.
Sometimes I take aleve but I don't think it helps.

1. It appears to be not related to nerves or blood vessels.
2. Possibly related to muscle weakness or low hemoglobin.
3. Get hemoglobin checked. If normal. Need to take protein rich diet with leg strengthening exercises and stamina training. Walking stick to help would be better.
4. If you have got any recent tests done, do attach it. Hope you have no breathlessness. Based on your history, no pain, so no electrolytes imbalance.
5. Check hemoglobin levels before starting training exercises.
6. Also good hydration. At least 5-6 liters of water per day with good nutritional diet.
