Hi! Welcome to HealthcareMagic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately. It can be simple temperature variation which may resolve after a while but it's good that you picked it up as it can be sign of ischemia or impaired blood supply in distant blood vessels.

No acute need of investigating exist but should be carefully monitored for any change in color or increasing swelling or bluishness etc. In such cases it may need to have doppler ultrasound to check for the patency of small vasculature of hand and in such case it may also need blood screening for vasculitis and other diseases with increased tendency for thromboembolism, with thrombophilia screens and lipid profiles.

Meanwhile keep drinking good amount of water and keep it warm. Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
