Brief Answer:
May be because anxiety

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

At this age, a common cause of panic is anxiety. Can I come to know whether are you under any stress? Any history of trauma, may be spinal injury which may cause numbness of body?

You can do vitamin-B12 level in your body. For panic, you can take tab. Restyl after consultation. Be stress free. Do regular yoga and exercise and meditation. I will suggest you to follow up with detailed history and reports.

I think this will clarify your concerns.

Thank you. Take care.
