Brief Answer:
Require investigation for seizure

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Sudden loss of consciousness with history of brain operation requires investigation in terms of post operative epilepsy.
The line of investigation should be EEG of brain, blood sugar, sodium, potassium, calcium. Only MRI brain is not complete.
Blood pressure measurement for any syncopal attack. Ecg for any cardiac cause.
Single episode may not require any treatment if EEG is also normal. Antiepileptic drugs may be required if investigation show abnormal.
Avoid driving, places like roof top, swimming pool, fire places.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
