Question: How can i fat within one month...i am very thin

Welcome to health care magic,

First of all, can you tell me your age,height and body weight?

If your body mass index (BMI) will be less than 18.5, then you will be considered as a underweight.

To gain weight,you need to consume more calories every day from healthy foods and choose the right type of exercise.

As you have asked to put on weight in one month,then I would advice you to gain weight gradually means over periods of months and not to put on weight immediately as it would not be medically advisable.

Now,our daily requirement of protein is approximately 50 gram per day the person whose weight is 60 kg.

You can calculate yours daily requirement and if you have to build up more muscle mass then you must take food rich of proteins as I mentioned below.

For body building and to gain healthy weight,you must take protein rich foods like,

eggs (6 gram protein),
Milk (1 cup- 8 gram protein),
Cheese (1 cup-30 gram protein),
Yogurt (1 cup 10 gram protein),
Soy beans (1 cup 30 gram protein),
Peanuts (2 TSF-8 gram protein),
Almonds (1 cup -30 to 35 gram protein),
Cashews (1 cup- 20 to 25 gram protein).

Apart from protein,you should also take sufficient carbohydrates as they are the high source of energy and specially the persons who works physically a lot and doing gymnasium.

You can also take 'protein whey powders' available in market but I would suggest you to take protein from the diet rich of that and which will be the more natural way to build up body muscle mass as you required.

50 kg weight at the age 22 is not so low but you have not mentioned your height,so we can calculate your BMI.

Here,I would like to know if there is any specific reason that you want to put on weight immediately which is not medically advisable.
