Brief Answer:
they won't...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

the right way to manage this energy loss is to address its cause. There are various potential causes. I'll mention some:
- thyroid disease or other hormonal disorders
- anemia
- electrolyte disorders
- infections
- tumors

So the right way to start dealing with it, is to visit your doctor for an assessment of your condition and appropriate investigation. The investigation strategy may vary depending on findings during clinical examination and elements of your medical history revealed during a detailed medical visit.

The most commonly useful tests to start with include a complete blood count, urea, creatinine, TSH, sodium, potassium, calcium, transaminases, albumin, total protein, glucose, urinalysis, etc.

The energy drinks usually contain caffeine and various nutrients. They may stimulate you as much as drinking a cup of coffee but they can't have any lasting effects.

Finally, if appropriate testing excludes most of the organic disorders then a psychological disorder might have to considered, namely depression.

I hope you find my comments helpful!
