Brief Answer:
Can be angina or ongoing myocardial infarction.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query,
I am Dr Rishu Saxena and would be answering your queries.

Your symptoms can be because of a ongoing myocardial infarction.Dizziness and presyncope canbe a presenting symptom of myocardial infarction. You already have a histoery of two angioplasties with four stents.
I would suggest you to go to the nearest emergency room and get trop i and trop t done. They are highly specific for heart attack.A 2d echo should be done to rule out regional motion wall abnormality and a sudden drop in ejection fraction.

Take 325mg asprin stat along with 300mg clopigrel with 80mg statin and reach the nearest emergency department.
