Brief Answer:
Sounds like acute gastroenteritis to me (stomach infection)

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help, and am also sorry to know that you are experiencing the above mentioned symptoms. Yes ma'am, you are quite right, your symptoms point towards a case of contaminate food ingestion (a.k.a. acute gastroenteritis) and I would thus recommend a doctors visit at the earliest.

Taking your age and difficulty in holding your bowel movements in I would also recommend immediate initiation of ORS (oral rehydration solution) to help maintain your electrolytes and also hydration levels. You can either get them from any medical store (available over-the-counter) or purchase energy drinks (e.g. gatorade, etc.) that also help serve the same purpose in such situations.

The headaches and difficulty moving along with weakness is clearly due to dehydration and poor nutrition levels. Please check your tongue, it must be coated white, right? Well that proves that you are dehydrated and the main reason why most patients with a stomach infection are admitted is because of dehydration. So fight dehydration immediately, and let the rest be taken care of by the doctor you are soon to visit.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
