Brief Answer:
Needs work up and lifestyle change

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

i read your question and i understand your concern. Passing out and unconsciousness at age of 35 might be attributed to stress and anxiety. Blood pressure and glucose levels are normal so cant be the reason for the episodes of unconsciousness. I would like you to get an ekg, if that is normal and perfusion studies normal too then find other causes of unconsciousness episodes. Drinking causes dehydration and that can make a person pass out. So i believe just adequate hydration, quitting alcohol and smoke and adapting good lifestyle will help. Any how, the patient needs complete cardiac and neurological and systemic causes evaluation to sort it out.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
