Brief Answer:
Nothing you can do

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

YOu are bothered by strong smelling urine and high pH. The smell can be from various components including diet and any medications. The pH is affected by what you eat and what your drink. The pH has not clinical factors and health factors unless it is in relation to other problems like renal failure and urinary tract infections. Therefore trying to change your urine pH is really not necessary.

If you want to dilute your urine to reduce the smell you must drink enough fluids that your urine color is clear and not yellow. If that doesn't help then there is nothing you can do about the smell.

I am sorry that I can't give any additional advice as there is no real reason to be worried about these issues.
