What Causes Stretching Pain In Stomach Relieved After Eating Food?

Question: Before 1 year, I was admitted in Hospital (first time in my life) due to stomach ulcer.

The history behind that is, I had always have a problem of in Ayurvedic it is called “Pitt” .There is no medical terminology for “pitt” but it is considered more or less as Acidity ,however, I had never Problem of heart burn. The symptoms of “pitt” is mainly headache .If I do wamating then everything would be clear .Due to that there is some pain or stretching in my stomach, so we consulted doctor, and they ask me to do endoscopy. The result of that endoscopy is ulcer and at that time my haemoglobin was reduce to 9.0 from 14.0.

Now the question is still sometimes I feel that there is a stretching in my stomach ( no headache) and if I would take some chocolate or some Food then it will be relaxed soon. Presently I am out of XXXXXXX ( Germany), due to Project work and I used to cook for myself because I am vegetarian and outside Food is not suitable for me.
I used to have dal, Rice, khichdi ( which is easy to cook) and in vegetables manily onion & potatoes. Whether this Kind of diet will creat acidity more or what??and I dont understand why there is a problem of stomach stretching ??

I used to have a medicine Rabium-DSR suggested by my doctor, with this immediately I get relief .

Your home made food does not cause acidity problem.
But sometime too much intake of onion cause acidity.

Stretching pain relieved by eating food, suggests duodenal ulcer (first part of small intestine).
You can follow this advice:
Please repeat endoscopy to rule out duodenal ulcer (also to know healing of previous ulcer)
Investigation for h.pylori infection.
Diet modification like,
1. Take energy food,
2. High protein diet like milk, curd and paneer.
3. Moderate fat: Butter, cream, cheese.

Take small frequent meal,
Avoid: citrus fruit & juice, cold-drinks & beverages, spicy food, stress, smoking, alcohol.
Do not skip your meal.
Continue Rabium-DSR.
You should also take antacid syrup.
